To all residents,

We have endured a difficult year with storms recently.  We need to be sure we are doing all we can to be safe during big storms.

 

When you are not using your home during Hurricane Season, objects left outside must be put away, tied down, removed.

 

Items 50 lbs and less will need to be put away, or tied down.

 

No hoses, or planter pots, furniture, bikes or anything else can stay out in hurricane season.

 

There is a community group of people working with our board of directors who go around every home to be sure things are put away. 

 

Hurricane shutters should be used when possible.
